Returns & refunds

We offer refunds only in case of manufacturing defect, at our discretion.

A defect may include :

- faulty or misprinted design
- holes or abnormal stitching
- item damaged upon arrival

Normal wear, sizing issues, or change of mind are not considered defects

All refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, with photos provided.

Size exchanges

Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days, provided that:

- the item has not been worn, washed, or damaged
- the item is returned in its original condition

Return and reshipping costs are the responsability of the customer.

 

How to request a return

Please contact us by email with your order number and photos if required.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
